About the Job
What you’ll do:
- Performs nighttime warehouse operations.
- Performs all loading crew duties, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, goals and deadlines.
- Models company policies and procedures.
- Ensures all trucks are loaded according to procedures and deadlines.
- Responsible for the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Works with Quality Assurance Team to ensure specific Good Manufacturing Practices are being followed.
- Employee shall adhere to all company food safety policies, procedures and trainings.
Physical Requirements:
- While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
- The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
- The employee must be able to work in tight and/or dim places and be comfortable with heights.
- Must be able to regularly lift and/or move objects up to 30 pounds, frequently lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
- Vision abilities require by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
About you:
- 1+ year experience in warehouse environment.
- Food industry experience preferred.
- High school diploma /G.E.D., or equivalent experience required.
