Position Summary: Clean, wash and sanitize meat, seafood and poultry processing areas and maintain cleanliness of workspace by performing the following duties.
What you’ll do:
- Prep Processing room for washing.
- Power down machines using appropriate procedures.
- Break down equipment for cleaning.
- Remove cardboard, trash bags, inedible from processing rooms.
- Use high- and low-pressure water wash systems with water temperature between 120-140F.
- Use proper detergent and sanitizing chemicals following MSDS procedures.
- Ability to read labels for chemical identification.
About you:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-3 months of experience.
